Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form the agreement between Anıl Naci Çelik, operating katalojik.com (referred to below as “katalojik.com”, “we”), and the individual or business that registers an account on the platform (“you”).

By creating an account, checking the consent box on the signup form, or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

The platform is built for business-to-business (B2B) use. You represent that you are using the service in the course of a commercial activity and are not acting as a consumer.

katalojik.com is a software service that generates catalog imagery for fashion brands from their own product photos using AI. You upload a photo of a garment or a piece of jewelry, choose one of our system models or an unmodeled studio scene, and the platform generates a new image from those inputs.

The system models on the platform are not real people — every one of them is an AI-generated digital character. No living person holds any personality or image right over these renders, and the models’ names are fictional.

The service only provides a tool. Where and how you use the images you generate is entirely your own responsibility.

You need a valid email address to register, and you cannot use the service until that address is verified. When your account is created, a workspace and a welcome credit balance are set up for you automatically.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you. If you notice unauthorized access, contact support@katalojik.com immediately.

Each account belongs to a single business. You may not transfer, rent, or share your account with a third party.

The service is credit-based, with no subscription. You buy credits once — there is no monthly commitment, setup fee, or minimum order. Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account stays open.

The current pack is 50 credits for US$10. What a single generation costs depends on the job type:

• Garment try-on — 1 credit
• Jewelry, product-only shot — 1 credit
• Jewelry, on-model shot — 2 credits

Credits are deducted the moment you submit a generation request, not when it finishes. If your balance is insufficient, the request cannot be submitted.

We may change prices and credit costs going forward. A change does not affect credits you have already purchased, but it can change how many credits a future generation costs.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for these sales — invoicing, tax collection, and payment disputes run through their systems. Your card details are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store your card number.

Automatic credit refunds on failed generations

If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credit deducted for that job is automatically returned to your balance. You do not need to request this. The refund is credited back as balance, not as cash.

A generation that completes successfully but whose result you simply don’t like is not grounds for a refund. Judging the aesthetic quality of an AI output is inherently subjective, so credits are not refunded on a “didn’t like the result” basis. You can test this limitation for free with your welcome credits before buying more.

Refunds on a purchased credit pack

Refunds on purchased credit packs are subject to Lemon Squeezy’s own refund policy, and requests are evaluated through them. Credits that have already been spent cannot be refunded. You’re welcome to reach us first at support@katalojik.com for any refund request.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us only the limited rights needed to run the service: storing the photo, processing it, and passing it to our AI provider to generate a result. We do not use your uploaded images for marketing, promotion, or model training.

For every image you upload, you represent and warrant that:

• You hold all the intellectual property rights needed over the image, or you have explicit permission from the rights holder.
• The product shown is yours, or you are authorized to represent it. Uploading a photo of someone else’s product without permission is entirely your responsibility.
• If the image shows an identifiable real person, you have that person’s consent for their likeness to be processed this way.
• The image does not infringe any third party’s trademark, copyright, design, or personality rights.

You are responsible for any claim brought against us by a third party arising from one of these representations being untrue.

You may not use the platform to:

• Upload product images that infringe a copyright, trademark, or design right, or to present counterfeit products as genuine.
• Generate content that is unlawful, obscene, violent, hateful, or degrading toward a person or group.
• Use a real person’s likeness without their consent, or process anyone’s face or body without permission.
• Upload images of minors, or attempt to generate content depicting children.
• Produce misleading advertising — images that show a product with features it doesn’t actually have.
• Reverse-engineer the platform, overload it with automated tools, attempt to bypass security measures, or resell the service under your own name.

Breaking these rules leads to the suspension and termination provisions below.

Images you generate on the platform are yours. You may use them freely for commercial purposes, including your e-commerce site, catalogs, social media accounts, and advertising. There is no separate license fee, per-use charge, or attribution requirement.

katalojik.com does not claim any ownership or commercial-use right over the images you generate. We do not use your images as references, in promotion, or as showcase material without your explicit permission.

This grant of rights is conditional on your source photo being lawful to use. If a generated image infringes a third party’s rights, responsibility falls on whoever uploaded the source image — that is, you.

The service is provided “as is”. We make no guarantee that generated images will meet a particular quality bar, complete within a particular time, or faithfully reproduce the source product down to the last detail.

AI models are probabilistic. The same input can produce different results on different runs. In particular, 100% fidelity is not guaranteed for:

• Complex patterns — dense prints, fine lines, geometric repeats, and lace-like textures can distort or be reinterpreted.
• Text on the product — logos, brand names, tags, and printed text can render incomplete, garbled, or illegible.
• Jewelry geometry — chain links, stone cuts, clasps, and fine metal detail can deviate from the real piece.
• Fabric texture, color tone, button/seam detail, and how the garment sits on the body.

You are responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing them. We are not liable for the consequences — including customer complaints, returns, or regulatory action — of commercially using an image that misrepresents the actual product.

We do not warrant that the service will run uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, failures at our infrastructure providers, or other technical causes outside our control can interrupt the service temporarily.

We may change the model pool, scene options, supported file formats, and technical limits (such as the maximum file size) without advance notice, and may retire models from the roster. Images you have already generated are unaffected by such changes.

If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you a reasonable period to use any remaining credits and advance notice so you can download your images.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Breach of these Terms, in particular the prohibited uses section.
• Suspected payment fraud or an unjustified chargeback.
• Conduct that threatens the technical integrity of the platform or other users’ access to it.
• A legally binding request or court order.

For minor breaches, we will warn you first and give a reasonable period to correct the issue. Unused credits on an account terminated for breach of these Terms are not refunded.

You may close your account at any time. What happens to your data when you do is explained in the Privacy Policy. We recommend downloading your images before closing your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, katalojik.com is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business, or reputational harm.

In every case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to damages arising from our intent or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

This agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

The courts and enforcement offices of Gaziantep have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between the parties.

If a dispute arises, please reach us first at support@katalojik.com — most issues can be resolved without going to court.

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you at the email address on your account. Continuing to use the service after that notice means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the text last changed.
